Defensive Driving is an interactive, eight-hour course that is delivered 100% online and synchronously. The course is accessible to all persons who currently possess a Provisional Driver’s License.

To formally kick off this celebration, SALCC hosted a media launch February 25, 2026, unveiling of the 40th anniversary's brand vision, and events calendar.
The anniversary logo, designed by SALCC lecturer Ted Sandiford, represents the transformation that shaped SALCC. The green represents growth, the gold represents excellence, and the ribbons wrapped around the number 40 symbolize the SALCC community.
Honourable Danny Butcher, Minister in the Ministry of Education, spoke of his special connection with SALCC and the hope he has for the College continued growth and impact.
