Naeem Philbert is a second-year student pursuing a degree in Administrative Office Management. He is a Youth Parliamentarian and a member of the UN Major Group for Children and Youth, and has represented youth on several significant platforms.

He graduated from the Castries Comprehensive Secondary School in 2023 as Class Salutatorian and was honored with the Contribution to School Life Award.
