Defensive Driving
Defensive Driving is an interactive, eight-hour course that is delivered 100% online and synchronously. The course is accessible to all persons who currently possess a Provisional Driver’s License.
About Tourism and Hospitality Management
The Bachelors Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management trains students to be innovative leaders in a variety of managerial professions within the tourism industry.
The programme serves as an extension to SALCC's long-standing Associate Degrees in Tourism. Practitioners stand to gain a higher level of knowledge, poising themselves to undertake more professional roles in hospitality, as well fulfil emerging niches within the sector.
Learning Outcomes
- Learners are expected to become proficient in a language of their choice — Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc. — as this is relates to employment opportunities in both local and foreign markets.
- Students will be exposed to concepts relevant to sustainability within the tourism industry.
- Practitioners will be well equipped to accept any role within the tourism sector, having been instilled with the essential knowledge and a cutting-edge skill set.
