Payment of Graduation Fees

A non-refundable fee of EC$350.00 must be paid at the College, Bank of Saint Lucia (Account #101192481) or using our online payment portal by November 21, 2025.

Payments should only be made by graduands who have confirmed their attendance through the completion of the graduation attendance form.

Graduation Gowns will only be delivered upon presentation of a payment receipt. Bank slips must be presented in duplicate with the student’s name clearly printed.

Collection of Gowns

Gowns will only be delivered upon presentation of a payment receipt. Dates for collection vary by campus.

Graduation Rehearsal

All graduands are invited to a rehearsal exercise from 9:00am in Room 2 of the Innovation Hub.

A video tutorial will be uploaded to the dedicated graduation page which will serve as a virtual rehearsal.

Distribution and Collection of Gowns

Gowns will be distributed in the storeroom on the ground floor of the Science Block at SALCC's Morne Campus.

Gowns will be distributed at the following locations only upon presentation of your payment slip from the Bank;

Morne Campus:
Mon 1st Fri 5th

South Campus:
Tue 2nd & Thu 4th
December 2025

After the Graduation Ceremony, gowns should be returned immediately to the assigned room.

Gowns will not be distributed on the day of the ceremony (Sunday December 7, 2025).

Guidelines for Graduands

  • Rehearsal

    Graduation Rehearsals will be held on Saturday, 6th December 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 2 of the Innovation Hub at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, Morne Fortune, Castries.

    A video tutorial will be uploaded to the dedicated graduation page which will serve as a virtual rehearsal.

  • Photographs

    Please note that PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to operate during the Ceremony, however, you will receive a complimentary photograph capturing your moment crossing the stage. There will also be photographer on site for hire. This arrangement will be directly between you and the photographer.

  • Assembly of Graduands - December 7, 2025

    All Graduands are to arrive at Royalton Saint Lucia no later than 12:00 noon. Parking will be in the parking area near the Clico Grounds and the Sandals lot next to the Landings Hotel. There will be a shuttle service available from the parking area to the Hotel. Access to the shuttle service will only be allowed upon presentation of wristbands.

    Graduands will then assemble in areas designated with assigned staff members who will assist them in ensuring smart appearance, correct places in terms of receiving certificates, etc.

    At 1:30 p.m, there will be a final roll check, by a designated staff member in each Department.

  • Procession of Graduands

    Graduands proceed to take their seats thus they move one row at a time, and remain standing until the commencement of the Ceremony.

  • Presentation of Certificates

    1. The Registrar will indicate the Department to receive their Certificates and will say, Will the Graduands of ... please stand.
    2. An assigned member of staff will guide the Graduands, moving in a continuous line, in the direction of the platform.
    3. As each name is called, the Graduands will move towards the Dean/Co-ordinator to receive their Certificates.
    4. Note: Graduands must first receive the certificate with the left hand and then, with the right hand, shake hands with the Presenter.
    5. Note: After receipt of certificate, graduates walk back to their seats and remain standing until each row is filled.
  • End of Ceremony

    All participating in the ceremony will be directed to stand and will remain standing while the Platform Party process out. Graduates will process to the assigned rooms.

  • How do I sign up to participate?

    To sign up to participate in the Graduation Ceremony please fill out the RSVP Form sent to your email. If you have yet to receive an email from us, please contact registry@salcc.edu.lc, with the subject "Graduation 2025."

  • Graduation Dress Code

    Female graduands are required to wear either a white or black dress and black shoes.
    Male graduands are required to wear dark dress trousers and a white shirt and black shoes.

  • What is included in the graduation package?

    Your specially curated package includes a professional photograph, gown rental, madras graduation stole, a 2025 graduation booklet, a graduation canister, SALCC memorabilia, photo day goodies, special discounts from sponsors, goodies from sponsors, prizes and much more!

  • Can I collect my certificate before the ceremony?

    A letter of completion can be prepared prior to the collection of degree certificates. Should you require any further assistance, please contact our Registry Department at registry@salcc.edu.lc.

  • Will the Ceremony be live-streamed?

    The Graduation Ceremony will be streamed on NTN (FLOW channel 122). It will also be available on the Government of Saint Lucia's online pages — Facebook and YouTube).
