The College holds its annual graduation ceremony on the first Sunday inthe month of December or the last ImageSunday in November.

It is the responsibility of students to ensure that they have met the necessary requirements for the successful completion of their programme of study in order to graduate.

Persons who will be out of State should leave the name and contact number(s) of someone who would be authorised to collect the necessary information pertaining to the graduation ceremony, with the Dean/Co-ordinator of their respective Division/Department.
 
General Graduation Requirements

In order to be eligible for graduation, students must:-
  • Complete ALL programme requirements
  • Obtain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better.
  • Complete a minimum of 60 credits or the number of credits specified in the particular programme.
  • Pay all fees, fines and other debts and return all College property prior to graduation as specified by the College.
