Fees charged by Sir Arthur Lewis Community College are approved by the Board of Governors.

Students are required to pay their full academic year's fees prior to registration. Upon payment of all fees, students will be considered to be enrolled in programmes/ courses offered at the College. Students who are not in good financial standing may be debarred from writing examinations, from attending classes and from using College facilities.

The fee schedule as outlined below is in effect for the 2003-2004 academic year.

Fee Refunds
Students who officially withdraw from a programme/ course within the stipulated deadline dates as outlined below will receive any applicable refund of fees.

Programme/Course cancelled by the College:
100% refund plus registration fee

Withdrawal from programme/course within the first week of classes:
90% refund without registration fee

Withdrawal from programme/course within the second and third week of classes:
50% refund without registration fee

Withdrawal from programme/course after the third
week of classes:
No refund
Financial Assistance
A percentage of the student fees is used to provide financial assistance to needy students. Students are required to submit the relevant application forms by the stipulated deadline date to the Student Services Centre for processing.
Work/Study Programme
Limited opportunities are available on campus to students seeking part-time employment. Students can work at the Hunter J Francois Library, the Department of Continuing Education, and Information Technology Services.
Bursaries
Every year the Government of St. Lucia makes a number of bursaries available to new and returning students at the College. Students must demonstrate that they are in need of financial assistance. Information and application forms may be obtained from the Human Resource Development Department of the Ministry of Education, Human Resource Development, Youth and Sports.
