Grade Point Average

The Grade Point Average (GPA) is determined by multiplying the credit hours (credits attempted) of each course by the grade points corresponding to the semester grade for the course. The total of all such points for the period is then divided by the total number of credit hours for that period. This average is computed only on credit courses.
