The small size of the College does not support the need for an in-house Legal Affairs Office. The institution instead outsources its legal affairs to the law firm: Green, Nelson and Associates. This firm serves as the College's intermediary with the legal community, responding to queries, subpoenas, demand letters and other forms of legal procedures including but not limited to: representation in judicial and administrative proceedings; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business instruments and policy documents.
