Username: 1st letter of your First Name + Last Name + 5th and 6th digit of your ID number
Password: Your ID number (case sensitive)

Charles Darwin (ID#: CH1234568)

Username: cdarwin34
Password: CH1234568


If your ID number begins with numbers apply  the following:
 Username: 1st letter of your First Name + Last Name + 5th and 6th digit of your ID number
Password: Your Username (lower case letters)


Example:
William Shakespeare (ID#: 001234568)
Username: wshakespeare34

The Office of the Registrar is foremost committed to the service of faculty and students through registration, scheduling, record keeping and reporting as well as supporting the deans and other administrative offices in their service. The office ascertains the adherence to academic policy by: maintaining academic integrity, safeguarding the security of academic records and effectively offers accessible academic service to all alumni, prospective and current students. It also supports administration in the formulation of academic policy being the key office to supply the necessary reports and analysis required for this task.  It further seeks to exhibit through action, a commitment to creating a sense of community on campus.
