The Office of Human Resource provides services to the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College in the areas of employment, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, employee and labor relations, learning and development, human resources information systems and organizational development.

The office is committed to working with all of its constituents to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment where all members of our College community are valued for their contribution the SALCC mission.  Hence, a primary forcus of this office is assisting Divisions and Departments in providing a positive work environment and developing policies, procedures; information and training to support Deans/Co-ordinators/Managers to provide fair, timely and consistent supervision and a productive workplace.
