The Staff Association (SA) of the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College (SALCC) is a Branch of the umbrella body of the St Lucia Teachers’ Union (SLTU). This Association is led by a 7-member Executive Body, elected biennially, and currently comprising:

As an Executive, our overriding function is Staff Welfare and Conditions of Work. SA participates in negotiations with the Government Negotiating Team (GNT) with and under the SLTU, on behalf of all Faculty at the College.
